Refund policy



30-Day Returns


We want you to be satisfied with your Apotheum purchase. If you're not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility


· Full bottles (50ml and 100ml): Accepted if the bottle is at least 90% full. We understand you need to try a scent on skin to truly know. A few sprays is fine.

· Sample vials and Discovery Sets: Not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

· Bundle items: Must be returned as a complete set. Partial bundle returns not accepted.


Return Shipping


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds and Store Credit


You may choose between:


· Store credit (issued immediately upon receipt of return)

· Original payment method refund (processed within 5 business days of receiving return)


Store credit never expires and can be used on any future Apotheum purchase.


How to Initiate a Return


Email Support@apotheum.com.au with:


· Your order number

· Which item(s) you're returning

· Whether you prefer store credit or refund


We will reply with return instructions within 24 hours.


Faulty or Damaged Items


If your bottle arrived damaged or leaking, please email photos to Support@apotheum.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
