Products

We have made every effort to display product colours, descriptions, and images accurately. However, due to variations in screen settings, actual product appearance may differ slightly from online images.

All fragrance descriptions and notes are subjective. Individual skin chemistry affects how a scent wears. We recommend ordering samples before committing to a full bottle.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not apply to orders already placed.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Apotheum does not store your full payment details.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

· Suspected fraud

· Pricing or product description errors

· Stock unavailability

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Age Restriction

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on Apotheum.com.au, including logos, product names, images, and descriptions, is the property of Apotheum. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Apotheum is not liable for:

· Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities to fragrance products (please patch test)

· Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., carrier disruptions, natural disasters)

· Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
