Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Addresses

We ship to:

· Residential addresses

· PO Boxes

· Parcel Lockers

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Apotheum is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to Australia Post, delivery is subject to their service conditions. Apotheum is not liable for delays or loss caused by the carrier.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:

· Check with household members and neighbours

· Check any safe drop locations around your property

· Contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number

If your package is genuinely lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days), email apotheumperfume@gmail.com and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email photos to Support@apotheum.com.au within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement.
